Updates to Required Documentation for Prior Authorization Requests for Personal Care Services
Per Wis. Admin. § Code DHS 106.02(9)(e)1, providers must submit complete documentation to justify prior authorization (PA) requests. Required documentation now includes relevant clinical documentation from a member’s medical record.
